Soccer Recap: North Comes Up Short

North managed to slip by McKinley the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Vikings came up short against the Bulldogs on Monday, falling 4-0. North's defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

North's loss dropped their record down to 2-6-1. As for McKinley, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-5.

Looking ahead, North will square off against Firestone at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. North will be up against Firestone's rather soft defense (which has allowed seven goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for McKinley, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Hoover at 5:00 p.m.
