Basketball Recap: Breckinridge County Gets the Win

Breckinridge County posted their closest win since December 15, 2023 on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged the Grayson County Cougars out 80-78. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Fighting Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in February.

Breckinridge County has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Grayson County, they moved to 5-1 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Breckinridge County will head out to face off against Hancock County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Grayson County will take on Larue County in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
