Recap: Jordan Red Jackets vs. Rutland Hurricanes

The Jordan Red Jackets's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight loss. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 64-63 to Rutland. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (55), Jordan still had to take the loss.

Jordan's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-19. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the losses came by an average of only two points. As for Rutland, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season.

Jordan will head out on the road to challenge the Chargers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Rutland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Gryphons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
