On Monday, Bryant got the W thanks in part to Madelyn Ladnier playing the best softball she has all season. Ladnier wasn't messing around, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. The pitching appearance was her fourth straight with two or fewer walks.

Coming up, Ladnier and Bryant will take on Baker at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last time Ladnier took on the Hornets, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.
