Baseball Recap: IKM/Manning Takes a Loss

IKM/Manning was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Tri-Center Trojans, falling 12-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 back in June.

IKM/Manning's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Tri-Center, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

IKM/Manning wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 6-5 defeat against Newell-Fonda on the 5th. As for Tri-Center, they will venture away from home to challenge Ogden on the 12th.
