The Charles J. Colgan Sharks won against the Battlefield Bobcats last Monday with two goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Wednesday. Charles J. Colgan narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Battlefield 2-1. Charles J. Colgan's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Tiana Cruz and
Cassie Villafan, who scored both of Charles J. Colgan's goals. The pair have combined for a total of four so far this season.
Charles J. Colgan pushed their record up to 3-0 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Charles J. Colgan is on the road again on Monday and plays Woodbridge at 7:00 p.m. on March 18th. As for Battlefield, they will square off against Bixby at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
