Tipton-Rosemark Academy and University School of Jackson are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. The Rebels will welcome the Bruins at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday University School of Jackson sidestepped Chester County for a 6-5 victory.

Nash Kilburn was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Braydin Jones, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

University School of Jackson is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Tipton-Rosemark Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-12.

Tipton-Rosemark Academy took their victory against University School of Jackson when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 11-0 score. Will the Rebels repeat their success, or do the Bruins have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
