Eads strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Stratton a 12-0 shutout. Eads has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Stratton, too.

The team relied heavily on Spencer Uhland, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Jayson Bletzacker, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Eads' win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-0. As for Stratton, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 3-5.

Coming up, Eads will head out on the road to challenge Granada at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.4 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Stratton, they will face off against Byers at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
