Softball Recap: Sioux Falls Christian's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Beresford hit Sioux Falls Christian with a four-run fourth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Chargers fell 9-6 to the Watchdogs. That's two games in a row now that the Chargers have lost by exactly three runs.

Dehlia Doop-Blanchard made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs and one double. Ashlyn Reitz also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Sioux Falls Christian's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-7. As for Beresford, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
