Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fulton). They put the hurt on the Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders with a sharp 64-43 win on Thursday. The Steamers pushed the score to 52-32 by the end of the third, a deficit the Raiders had little chance of recovering from.

Ashton-Franklin Center's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brock Lehman, who posted ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Thomas, who had nine points.

Fulton now has a winning record of 16-15. As for Ashton-Franklin Center, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-24 record this season.

Fulton and Amboy will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. As for Ashton-Franklin Center, they are taking a road trip to square off against St. Bede at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
