After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lincoln, Leon was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Godby Cougars get on the board and left with a 14-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won nine matches by seven runs or more so far this season.
Kolbe Baker was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched.
