Basketball Recap: Penns Manor Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Penns Manor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. The contest between the Comets and the Homer-Center Wildcats didn't end well, with the Comets falling 73-54. The Comets were not able to make up for their loss to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in January.

Despite the loss, Penns Manor still got an impressive performance from Vinny Myers, who went 10-for-19 en route to 31 points. The matchup was Myers' fourth in a row with at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Hardesty, who posted four points along with six rebounds and six steals.

Penns Manor's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Homer-Center, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-3.

Coincidentally, Penns Manor and Homer-Center will both be playing River Valley the next time they take the court. The Comets will host the Panthers at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, while the Wildcats will host them at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
