Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Highlands Christian). They blew past the Cristo Rey Monarchs 101-20 on Friday. With the Knights ahead 67-13 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Highlands Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Corbin Shein, who posted 28 points. Those 28 points gave Shein a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Angel Scomparin, who put up 21 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Highlands Christian and bumps their season record up to 8-11. As for Cristo Rey, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-6.
