St. Joseph came into Friday's game looking for another win against King's Christian, but Vivian Galvis wouldn't allow it. The King's Christian Knights took their match on Friday with ease, bagging a 53-19 victory over the St. Joseph Wildcats thanks in part to Galvis, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and ten steals. Galvis is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Angelina Alicea was another key player, putting up four points and six steals. King's Christian is 6-1 when Alicea posts five or more steals, but 4-13 otherwise.

The win (which was King's Christian's third in a row) raised their record to 10-14. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 18.7 points over those games. As for St. Joseph, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
