Westlake came tearing into Thursday's match with ten straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Lone Peak Knights. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in April.
Westlake was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-13, 20-25, 26-24.
Kilika Tafa paced Westlake's offense, picking up 18 kills. Tafa got some help from Keagan Cundiff and his 44 assists. Cundiff was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.
