Volleyball Recap: Warren County Comes Up Short

Warren County came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the James Wood Colonels, falling 3-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Colonels recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

While Warren County was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into James Wood's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-10, 25-11.

Warren County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13. As for James Wood, they pushed their record up to 24-2 with the win, which was their 23rd straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Warren County nor the Colonels have any future games scheduled.
