Basketball Recap: Skiatook Skates Past Sallisaw with Ease

There's no place like home for Skiatook, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Sallisaw Black Diamonds 68-35. That looming 68-35 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Bulldogs yet this season.

Skiatook is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.5 points per game. As for Sallisaw, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9.
