Basketball Recap: Hailey Bonsby Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Rockville

Sherwood won the last time they faced Rockville and things went their way on Friday too. The Sherwood Warriors walked away with a 43-33 victory over the Rockville Rams. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Sherwood's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hailey Bonsby, who posted 11 points in addition to five boards and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Anderson, who went 5 of 12 on her way to 11 points along with six rebounds and five steals.

Sherwood was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January of 2024.
