On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Noah Oswald, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (three). Another player making a difference was William Rose, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Northwood Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in four consecutive matches.

Northwood Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for First Baptist School, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2.
