Basketball Game Preview: Belpre Golden Eagles vs. Philo Electrics

Having just played yesterday, the Belpre Golden Eagles will get right back to it and host the Philo Electrics at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Belpre is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest loss since January 16th on Friday. They took a blow against Sheridan, falling 63-29.

Meanwhile, Philo unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a hard 45-30 fall against Johnstown-Monroe on Tuesday.

Belpre strolled past Philo in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a score of 38-21. Will the Golden Eagles repeat their success, or do the Electrics have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
