Soccer Recap: West Allis Central Takes a Loss

West Allis Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 8-1 to Veritas/Tenor. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Veritas/Tenor this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

West Allis Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Veritas/Tenor, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Allis Central will challenge Pius XI Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. West Allis Central will be up against Pius XI Catholic's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.5 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Veritas/Tenor, they are taking a road trip to square off against Augustine Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
