Soccer Recap: Phoenix Comes Up Short

Phoenix lost against North Bend back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pirates fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs. That's two games in a row now that Phoenix have lost by exactly two goals.

Phoenix now has a losing record of 1-2. As for North Bend, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Phoenix wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Marshfield on the 6th. As for North Bend, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Newport on the 8th.
