Recap: American History Bald Eagles vs. Lincoln Lions
On Saturday, American History was the victim of a rough 47-21 defeat at the hands of Lincoln. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points American History has scored all season.
Despite the loss, American History saw an underclassman step up: Ashiyah Holliman scored ten points along with eight rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Dominique Jackson, who scored three points along with eight rebounds.
American History's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Lincoln, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. American History is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Dickinson at 4:30 p.m. on January 9th. As for Lincoln, they will take on Bayonne at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
