Game recap: Rangely High School Football Team wins against South Park

RANGELY, Colo. - the Panthers scored 28 points in the second quarter to secure a big 50-26 victory over South Park (Fairplay, Colo.) on Saturday.

Rangely scored on a Toby Gasper touchdown pass to Chas Byerly, a defensive touchdown, a Gasper touchdown run and a touchdown pass by Kaulan Brady in the quarter.

RHS was up 50-7 at the half after taking the lead on a Colton Coombs touchdown run in the first quarter.

The Burros' Cody Lane played well. The senior quarterback ran for one touchdown. His performance brought his touchdown total to eight on the year.



The Panthers' most effective player was Byerly. The senior running back ran for two touchdowns and caught one touchdown. He has now scored 13 touchdowns on the season.

With the win Rangely extended its winning streak to three games.
