Gross Catholic won the last time they faced Omaha North and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cougars walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Vikings.

Ivy Troshynski paced Gross Catholic's offense, picking up four kills. Troshynski got some help from Mariah Dutcher and her 12 assists. Dutcher was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Gross Catholic's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Omaha North, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Coming up, Gross Catholic will face off against Schuyler at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Omaha North, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Lincoln High on the 8th.
