Basketball Recap: Vian Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Vian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Wilburton Diggers by a score of 48-35 on Saturday. The Wolverines have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Diggers, too.

Vian's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-9. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.7 points per game. As for Wilburton, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Vian will be playing in front of their home fans against Westville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wilburton, they will head out to square off against Talihina at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
