Basketball Recap: Burns Comes Up Short

Burns and Rawlins squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Burns had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Rawlins Outlaws and fell 59-31. The Broncs' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it 23 in a row.

Burns' defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Myla Medley, who posted ten points and five rebounds. That's the most points Medley has posted since back in December of 2024.

Burns' loss dropped their record down to 2-24. As for Rawlins, their win bumped their record up to 6-17.

As of now, neither Burns nor Rawlins have any future games scheduled.
