Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is ED White's Fourth in Last Five Outings

Paxon School For Advanced Studies came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against ED White, but Leandrea Mccloud wouldn't allow it. The ED White Commanders secured a 67-61 W over the Paxon School For Advanced Studies Golden Eagles on Tuesday thanks in part to Mccloud, who posted 31 points and five rebounds. Those 31 points gave her a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Karli Torres, who had five points and 12 rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more boards the last four times she's played.

ED White has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record this season. As for Paxon School For Advanced Studies, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-6.

ED White and Andrew Jackson will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. As for Paxon School For Advanced Studies, they will face off against Riverside at 7:00 p.m. on January 21st.
