Basketball Recap: Music Mountain's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

There's no place like home for Music Mountain, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 52-50 win over the Kingman Bulldogs on Tuesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Warriors as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Music Mountain got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Micah Quasula out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Daelian Walema, who posted 18 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.

Music Mountain smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

Music Mountain's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-11. As for Kingman, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

Music Mountain will face off against Rock Point at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Rock Point's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests. As for Kingman, they will take on ALA - West Foothills at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
