Recap: Rouse Raiders vs. Lehman Lobos
The Rouse Raiders scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They really took it to Lehman for the full four quarters, racking up a 82-33 win on the road. That looming 82-33 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Rouse yet this season.
Devin Brown was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points. Those 23 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Amarie Haywood, who scored 15 points.
Rouse has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. As for Lehman, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.
Rouse will be home for the holidays to greet Lockhart at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lockhart will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 987th, while Rouse is ranked 32nd). As for Lehman, they will head out on the road to face off against Liberty Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
