Baseball Recap: North Adams-Jerome Takes a Loss

North Adams-Jerome entered their matchup against Britton Deerfield on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Rams fell 6-2 to the Patriots. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Adams-Jerome saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Connor McKay, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

North Adams-Jerome suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 8-3. As for Britton Deerfield, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, North Adams-Jerome will head out to challenge Waldron at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Britton Deerfield, they will venture away from home to take on Whiteford at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
