Gray Collegiate Academy waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They claimed a resounding 58-29 victory over the Aiken Fighting Green Hornets. The War Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 21 points or more this season.

Kadence Walker-Lee was her usual excellent self, going 12 for 16 on her way to 25 points and eight rebounds. Those 25 points gave her a new career-high. Kiley Freeman was another key player, putting up 14 points and four steals.

Gray Collegiate Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Aiken only racked up four assists.

Despite the loss, Aiken still got an impressive performance from Scotland Staley, who posted seven points and ten boards.

Gray Collegiate Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Aiken, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-4.

Gray Collegiate Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 41-34 loss against Dutch Fork on the 18th. Aiken has also already played their next game, a 74-42 defeat against Fountain Inn on the 18th.
