Softball Recap: North Forsyth Falls to T.W. Andrews in First Game of Season

North Forsyth unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 20-10 to the T.W. Andrews Red Raiders on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 15 in a row.

T.W. Andrews' victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-2.

Looking ahead, North Forsyth will be playing in front of their home fans against R.J. Reynolds at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. R.J. Reynolds has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 21.5 runs per game on average), something North Forsyth will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for T.W. Andrews, they will head out to face off against High Point Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
