Mills waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Design Tech Dragons. That's two games straight that the Vikings have won by just one run.

Aiden Brown and Tino Janke did most of the damage at the plate: Brown went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI, while Janke got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and two RBI. Those two stolen bases gave Janke a new career-high.

Mills pushed their record up to 10-10 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Design Tech, they moved to 13-8 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Mills has already played their next game, a 4-0 victory against Terra Nova on the 15th. Design Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
