Basketball Recap: Upper Bucks Christian Comes Up Short

Upper Bucks Christian came up short against the Lehigh Valley Academy Jaguars on Monday, falling 51-31.

Lehigh Valley Academy can attribute much of their success to Anders Heiney, who posted 22 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Heiney has scored at least a third of Lehigh Valley Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Anthony Azcuidiaz, who earned seven points.

Upper Bucks Christian dropped their record down to 2-7 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Lehigh Valley Academy, their victory ended an eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-14.

Upper Bucks Christian will host Jenkintown at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lehigh Valley Academy, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lehigh Valley Academy Jaguars challenge the Panther Valley Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
