Basketball Recap: Mason County Central Takes a Loss

Mason County Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Covenant Christian Chargers, falling 58-31. The matchup marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Mason County Central's record now sits at 11-9. As for Covenant Christian, their win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

Coming up, Mason County Central will face off against Shelby at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Covenant Christian, they will square off against Potter's House Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
