Basketball Game Preview: Wahpeton Huskies vs. Central Cass Squirrels

The Wahpeton Huskies will venture away from home to square off against the Central Cass Squirrels at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, everything went Wahpeton's way against Lisbon as Wahpeton made off with a 50-30 win. The Huskies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Central Cass came into Friday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They enjoyed a cozy 76-62 victory over Oak Grove Lutheran on Friday.

Central Cass' win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8. As for Wahpeton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season.

Wahpeton couldn't quite finish off Central Cass in their previous matchup back in January and fell 60-57. Can Wahpeton avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
