Lawrence scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They took a hard 85-66 fall against the Olathe North Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 179th, while the Eagles are ranked 32nd).

Lawrence has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Olathe North, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.
