Volleyball Recap: Chowchilla Comes Up Short

Chowchilla was the 3-1 winner over Minarets when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tribe came up short against the Mustangs on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Tribe just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Chowchilla's defeat dropped their record down to 19-9. As for Minarets, they moved to 12-16-1 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Chowchilla is set to take on their familiar foe Caruthers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Minarets will face off against rival Parlier at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
