New Mexico Military Institute and Dexter are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2022, but not for long. The New Mexico Military Institute Colts will head out on the road to challenge the Dexter Demons at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. New Mexico Military Institute is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Last Friday, New Mexico Military Institute came up short against Dexter and fell 48-38. That's two games in a row now that the Colts have lost by exactly ten points.

Despite their defeat, New Mexico Military Institute saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Sofia Barreras, who posted ten points, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Nevaeh Clark, who scored nine points.

New Mexico Military Institute's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Dexter, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-10.
