Basketball Recap: Manassas Park Comes Up Short

Manassas Park lost against Rappahannock County two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Manassas Park Cougars received a blow as they fell 42-24 to Rappahannock County. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Manassas Park's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Rappahannock County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manassas Park won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against James Wood at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rappahannock County, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Buffalo Gap at 6:00 p.m. on December 27th.
