Basketball Recap: Conrad Weiser Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Antietam, Conrad Weiser was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 63-61 win over the Daniel Boone Blazers. While the Scouts didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Conrad Weiser pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.7 points per game. As for Daniel Boone, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Conrad Weiser will square off against Cedar Crest at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Daniel Boone, they will face off against Wyomissing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Daniel Boone knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Wyomissing likes a good challenge.
