Basketball Recap: Four Winds/Minnewaukan Comes Up Short

Four Winds/Minnewaukan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Turtle Mountain Braves and fell 65-35. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Braves apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2017.

Four Winds/Minnewaukan's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Turtle Mountain, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Coming up, Four Winds/Minnewaukan is taking a road trip to square off against Devils Lake at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Turtle Mountain has already played their next contest (against Four Winds), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
