Each region sees new teams enter this week.

There were big shakeups in the midwest region this week, as Webb City (Mo.) moved into the top spot while Carmel (Ind.) jumped six spots to No. 2. The biggest mover in the region, however, was La Salle (Cincinnati), which went from No. 25 all the way to No. 4.

In the South, McCallie (Chattanooga, Tenn.) went from No. 12 to No. 4, while Oak Grove (Hattiesburg, Miss.) moved into the top 10.
