Volleyball Recap: Scott Comes Up Short

Scott was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Northview Wildcats. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Scott was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-23, 25-6.

Scott's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Northview, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-8.

Looking ahead, Scott will take on Springfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blue Devils will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Northview, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Adrian on the 17th.
