Soccer Recap: Powell Comes Up Short

Powell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Cody Broncs, falling 3-0. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Powell couldn't quite close it out.

Powell's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Cody, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Powell will square off against Worland at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cody, they will take on Buffalo at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
