Football Recap: University Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for University's offense. They took a blow against the Venice Gondoliers on Friday, falling 42-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Gondoliers recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

University's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Venice, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

University wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 14-0 defeat against Hamilton on the 18th. Venice has also already played their next contest, a 45-44 victory against Palisades on the 18th.
