Basketball Recap: Sleepy Eye Beats Loyola for Their Fourth Straight Win

Sleepy Eye waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Loyola Crusaders by a score of 61-50. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 63-59 last Friday.

Sleepy Eye's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-13. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points over those games. As for Loyola, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-16.

Sleepy Eye has already played their next game, a 79-51 loss against B O L D on the 6th. Loyola does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
