Football Recap: Port Washington Extends Road Winning Streak to Three

Port Washington lost to Massapequa back in April, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Vikings strolled past the Chiefs with points to spare, taking the game 32-14. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Port Washington pushed their record up to 9-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 34.7 points over those games. As for Massapequa, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-4 record.

Looking ahead, Port Washington will challenge Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Massapequa does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
