Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Monroe-Woodbury). They enjoyed a cozy 71-57 victory over the Columbia Blue Devils on Saturday. The win was familiar territory for the Crusaders who have now won four contests in a row.

Monroe-Woodbury was led to victory by Lee Arroyo and Fabrice Ndja. Arroyo dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 boards, while Ndja went 10 for 21 en route to 22 points. Arroyo is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamir Johnson, who posted 12 points.

Monroe-Woodbury is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.8 points per game. As for Columbia, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-11.

Monroe-Woodbury didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 57-52 defeat against Our Lady of Lourdes on the 28th. Columbia has also already played their next contest (against Albany), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
